Which Motorcycle is Right for Me?

I have seen this question come up many times on forums, as well as on blog posts. However, we are here to help you with this decision. Let’s analyze some aspects of your perfect motorcycle fit. So at first let’s ask ourselves this question, what type of riding will you be doing? Will you be going on the road for a long time, or just for the need of speed? Since this is a tough question, let’s make a list of couple bikes to start out with.

Long Ride Motorcycles
Sport’s Bikes
Yamaha V-Star
Honda Rebel 250
Harley Davidson Sportster
Kawasaki Ninja 250r
Suzuki SV650
Ducati Streetfighter

Now, here is a list of bikes that are more for a city ride than going out for a long ride. I don’t recommend a sport bike to be your first bike, this comes from my own experience.

Let’s move on, so we have the bikes, what is next to considered?  Can you handle a 600cc on the road or the 1000cc? If you are beginner I am 100% positive you will have second thoughts on your, bike if you pick one of those engines. It is all about skills, and having experience on the road. You are better off to start with Honda Rebel 250 than a Kawasaki Ninja 250r. The weight of the motorcycle is also important. If you think that you can keep your cool while turning than the bike is right for you. However, if you start to panic that you might fall while turning, don’t pick Ducati Streetfighter motorcycle! You don’t want to have an accident; you want to enjoy the ride.

In conclusion I would rather go with a long ride motorcycle than a sports bike at the beginning. If you think otherwise please speak up, I would love to hear what your opinion on this topic is. By speaking up you are helping our readers choose their first motorcycle! I strongly recommend that every reader would speak up on this topic.
