Zero S Goes 3500 Miles in 6 Days

I wish I would be able to log 3,500 miles in 6 days! The achievement was made by Terry Hershner who logged 3,500 miles in only six days of riding. The trip started in Florida, and ended up in west Texas. To make the trip in such short time Terry modified his Zero S to reduce charging time. It all seems to be perfect but during the course, there was alternation of 45 minutes riding and 45 charging, which is not for me. I want to avoid the charging part and do at least a day without a charge.  We are heading in direction of motorcycles changing for better?

600 miles on one tank of gas would be possible but I reckon you would have to stop a few times at least, depending on bike and tank size. This technology seems to be growing really fast, compared to five years back its a major leap forward. Interesting post, cheers 🙂

  2. There are bunches of riders out there with loud pipes who believe the noise provides a safety factor. What I do know from experience is noise causes fatigue. Perhaps the quiet riding electric transmission helped extend the rider’s endurance.
